These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and pp66 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the pp66 website located at https://pp66.bio, including all associated games, services, tools, and features (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing the pp66 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

To register and use a pp66 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You have not previously been self-excluded from pp66 or had a pp66 account closed due to a breach of these Terms, unless pp66 has formally reinstated your eligibility in writing.

pp66 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Access may be suspended pending the outcome of any such verification process.

To access real-money games and betting services on pp66, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

• One account per person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active pp66 account. Registering, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — regardless of the email address, mobile number, or device used — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Accurate information required. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. Providing false details — including a false name, date of birth, or mobile number — is a material breach of these Terms.

• Mobile number. Your registered Philippine mobile number is the primary identifier on your pp66 account and is used for account security, OTP verification, and communication. You are responsible for keeping this number current.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pp66 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) generated during login or transaction verification.

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• pp66 will never ask for your password via live chat, SMS, email, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from pp66 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to pp66 support immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify pp66 support immediately and change your password.
• pp66 recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via your account security settings. Once enabled, 2FA requires an OTP for every login from a new device or browser.
• pp66 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain reasonable account security practices, including using weak passwords or sharing credentials with third parties.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pp66 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — including providing false identity information, using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment methods, or misrepresenting your age.
• Bonus abuse — including exploiting welcome bonuses, referral bonuses, or any promotional offer through coordinated betting, matched betting with intent to circumvent wagering requirements, or any form of systematic exploitation of pp66's bonus structure.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live casino or poker formats.
• Use of automated tools — including bots, software scripts, or any automated system to interact with pp66 games or the platform in a manner that is not consistent with normal human gameplay.
• Money laundering — using pp66 to process, conceal, or transfer proceeds from illegal activity. pp66 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies investigating financial crimes.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction — using VPNs, proxies, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.
• Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or e-wallet provider without first contacting pp66 support to resolve the underlying dispute.

Deposits. pp66 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your pp66 wallet upon confirmation of the transaction by the payment provider.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where reasonably practicable. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. pp66 targets completion of GCash and Maya withdrawals within 10 minutes of request approval, subject to verification requirements.

Verification requirements. pp66 may place a withdrawal on hold pending identity verification, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where the withdrawal amount exceeds certain thresholds. Players are required to cooperate with all verification requests. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in the withdrawal being cancelled and returned to the player's pp66 wallet.

• pp66 does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which pp66 accepts no liability.
• All transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payment details when submitting withdrawal requests.
• pp66 reserves the right to suspend deposits and withdrawals pending investigation of any account that is suspected of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

pp66 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms disclosed at the point of offer:

• Wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the relevant promotion page. Wagering requirements must be completed within any stated expiry period, failing which the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited.
• Eligible games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may have different contribution percentages. Specific contribution rates are disclosed per promotion.

The following general gameplay conditions apply across all pp66 games and betting products:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pp66 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any pp66 Content;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the pp66 platform;
• Using pp66's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any external publication, marketing material, or online content without prior written consent;
• Scraping, data-mining, or systematically extracting data from the pp66 platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of pp66 Content terminates this licence immediately and may constitute a violation of applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pp66 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the pp66 platform;
• Loss of profits, winnings, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Damages resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of services, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond pp66's control;
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game odds, results, or account statements, provided that pp66 takes prompt remedial action upon becoming aware of any such error.

pp66 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a pp66 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pp66 collects the minimum data necessary to operate the platform, verify player eligibility, process transactions, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

pp66 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data in transit. Access to account and financial data is restricted to authorised personnel with a legitimate operational need.

pp66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. pp66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;
• Inability to verify the player's identity, age, or eligibility after a reasonable time;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal not subsequently resolved;
• Reasonable belief that the account is being used by a person other than the registered account holder;
• A request by the player for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.

Upon account termination for cause, pp66 may, at its discretion, forfeit any bonus balances or winnings derived from bonus funds. Verified deposits of real money (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings under investigation) will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding charges or liabilities.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
